| 摘 要： | 从符合轧环特点的变形区参数计算和力分析出发，引入了完全由过程参数表达的等效摩擦系数的概念和计算式，并分析了过程参数对等效摩擦系数的影响．在此基础上，得出了主轧辊轧制力短与芯辊压力之间的定量关系，其结果可用于轧环的力能参数的分析和计算．

| Abstract: | Starting from the mechanical analysis and the parameter calculation of the deformation zone in line with the characteristics of ring rolling,the article introduces the concept of equivalent friction coefficient as well as its calculation presented in the form of process paramters. It also analyses the effect of process parameters on equivalent friction coefficient. Based on this study,it gives the quantitative relationship between the rollingtorque of king roller and the pressure of core roller,which could be employed in the analysis and calculaton of mechanical parameters. |
