高硫煤与焦炉净煤气共热解脱硫的研究

摘    要:选用焦炉净煤气作为脱硫剂,探讨高硫煤中添加适量的氢氧化钾对焦炉煤气与高硫煤共热解脱除煤中全硫的影响。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)下的能量弥散X-衍射(EDX)考察了原煤及残炭洗涤前后硫、钾等元素的含量变化趋势。结果表明,在焦炉净煤气与煤的共热解脱硫过程中,添加适量的氢氧化钾,可以强化焦炉煤气与煤共热解脱硫的效果。此外,对高硫煤与焦炉净煤气共热解脱硫的机理也给予了解释。

Abstract:This paper studies the effect of adding a certain amount of KOH into high-sulfur coal on its copyrolysis desulfurization when co ke-oven gas is used as reducer.The contents of sulfur and potassium in the coa l and the residue before and after the water washing are measured by the high re solution SEM with EDX analysis. The results show that KOH added as a promoter significantly enhances the desulfurization of coal. The mechanism of hydrodesulf urization of coal with coke-oven gas has been explained in the paper,too.
