| 摘 要： | 战略供应商的评价选择是供应链合作关系运行的基础。通过合理地选择战略供应商能在一定程度上起到整合行业供应链的作用，降低营运风险。在供应链中，战略供应商选择的多级模糊综合评价是一项对战略供应商选择的新体系，能够充分地揭示战略供应商选择的内在规律，确保对战略供应商的选择作出正确评价。采用模糊数学方法对战略供应商选择进行多级模糊综合评价，旨在对战略供应商的综合实力进行合理判断。

| Abstract: | The appraisal and selection of strategic suppliers is the basis of supply chain cooperation relationship.With the increasingly fierce market competition,the supply chain of industry can be integrated to some extent for reduced operation risk by selecting strategic suppliers.The multistage fuzzy comprehensive appraisal of strategic suppliers' selection in the SCM is a new system for the strategic suppliers selection.The evaluation index system involved can fully reveal the inherent law of strategic suppliers' selection ensuring that the strategic suppliers' selection can be correctly appraised.Based on the analysis of the multistage index,the multistage fuzzy comprehensive appraisal is carried out of strategic suppliers' selection by utilizing fuzzy mathematical method with the purpose of passing rational judgment on the strategic suppliers' comprehensive capability. |
