| 摘 要： | 2 1世纪的图书馆发展将是多元互补的一体化格局 ,数字图书馆不可能完全取代传统图书馆 ,只能补充传统图书馆的不足。因此新的复合型图书馆将会崛起。建设数字图书馆要有主次之分 ,从实际出发 ;图书馆工作人员要积极地转换其职能。

| Abstract: | Having studied the prospects of the development of libraries in the 21st century, we recognized that the digital library cannot take the place of traditional library, but can be a complement of the latter. Hence, a new kind of compound library will emerge. In addition, we should pay more attention to the works of digital library construction and role transition of current library workers. |
