121名干部检出脂肪肝的临床分析

本文对我院高知、中层以上干部１２１人体检中Ｂ超诊断脂肪肝２８例患者进行临床分析，结果发现，中老年Ｂ超脂肪肝检出率为２３％，脂肪肝与动脉硬化、高血脂（特别是三酸甘油脂增高）有明显相关，脂肪肝患者与高血压、肝功能影响不大．

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON FATTY LIVER FOUND IN PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OF 121 CARDRES

This article undertakes clinical analysis of 28 cases of fatty liver sufferers diagnosed by Bultrasonic test in the physical examination of 121 senior intellectuals and above middlelevel cardres of our college. It comes to the conclusion that the middleaged and the oldaged account for 23% of the fatty liver suffers, suggesting that fatty liver has obvious relations with arteriosclerosis and hyperlipemia, especially with the increment of triglyceride, whereas has little to do with the effect of hypertension and liver function.
