The emergence and development of the network-based literature has brought a new field for its development. How should comparative literature face it? Comparative literature is now facing a new challenge. The breaking of space and time posed by Internet presumes the coming time of an international literature that lays emphasis on value judgment while comparative literature does on differentiation and analysis. The latter one has a wider field. So Internet should bring a nice chance for comparative literature to have a firmer position and to develop faster.
