| 摘 要： | 以浙江省2006年第7届残疾人运动会的166名体育赛会志愿者为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对志愿者参与体育赛会动机的现状进行了调查和研究.通过对志愿者参与动机的因素分析,了解目前赛会志愿者参与志愿服务的动机,为有效管理体育赛会的志愿者提供参考.

| Abstract: | The thesis,with its focus on 166 games volunteers attending 7th ZheJiang Disabled People Sports Meeting held in Hangzhou in 2006,employs the method of documentation,questionnaire,interview and mathematic statistics to research into the motivation of their participation in sports events.Based on the analysis on factors affecting their motives for the service,this thesis sets out to examine why some volunteers participate in and insist on doing their work,thus providing for sports organizers and administrators a model they should take and an efficient way to motivate and manage volunteers. |
