| 摘 要： | 基于系统科学理论，运用文献资料法、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对杭州市城乡体育公共服务的投入、产出及效果指标进行客观描述，采用熵值法对城乡体育公共服务均等化效率进行了初步评价。研究结果表明：1）杭州市城区人均体育公共服务资源、体育公共服务产出及效果状况均优于郊县区；2）城区体育公共服务均等化水平明显高于郊县区；3）城乡体育公共服务均等化效率呈现地理学特征，即越靠近市中心的县区体育公共服务均等化效率越高，反之亦然。

| Abstract: | Based on the system science theory , the paper used documentation method ,interviews ,questionnaires , mathematical statistics method to objectively describe the input ,output and effect indicators of sports public services in Hangzhou urban and rural areas ,and preliminarily evaluated the equalization efficiency of sports public services with entropy method .The research results show that the per capita sports public service resources ,sports public service output and effects in Hangzhou urban areas are better than that in rural areas .The equalization level of sports public services in urban areas is higher than that in rural areas .The equalization efficiency of sports public services in Hangzhou urban and rural areas present geographical characteristics ,namely ,the more close to the city center ,the higher level of the sports public service equalization efficiency ,and vice versa . |
