| 摘 要： | 传统的福利分房制度存在重大缺陷,导致十多年来住房制度的不断改革。住房分配货币化是我国住房制度改革深化的结果,也是目前高校住房制度改革的核心。为推进高校住房分配改革,应尽快健全机构、建立高校住房基金、规范房地产中介服务。

| Abstract: | Over the past ten years, the reform of traditional welfare housing distribution system has been carried out in colleges and universities owing to its disadvantages. As a result, housing distribution monetization plays a core role in housing system reform of the nation as well as in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is suggested in this paper that organizations concerned and housing funds should be established. Meanwhile, intermediary of the house property should be standardized so as to promote housing system reform. |
