杭州下沙高教园区环境噪声状况的调查监测

摘    要:下沙是杭州市1999年设立的经济技术开发区,开发区内有高教园区、工业园区、居住商业混杂区等区域环境,当时杭州市将整个下沙地区全部划入Ⅲ类噪声标准适用区域.随着下沙副城的发展,原先笼统的噪声适用标准现已不再适用.该项目对整个杭州下沙高教园区做区域环境噪声调查监测,分析高教园区内主要的噪声污染源,根据监测结果对照区域环境噪声标准进行评价,并提出环境噪声的功能区划分的新建议.

Abstract:Xiasha, the developmental zone of the economy and technology in Hangzhou municipality, was established in 1999. It contains the Higher Educational District, the Industrial District, the Mixed Residential and Commercial District. With the development of Vice City in Xiasha, the original noise standard, Class III, in 1999, was not suitable any more. To analyze the main source of the noise pollution in the Higher Educational District of Xiasha, the regional environmental noise for the entire district was consequently investigated and monitored. Based upon the evaluation of the regional environmental noise control standards and the monitored results, some suggestion for the functional regional division of the environmental noise was proposed as well.
