无线网络中关键质量指标提取方法研究

摘    要:客户对服务的感受并不只是基于与网络性能相关传统意义上的定量度量,而可能包括更多的质量因素,如计费准确性、问题的解决等.在此提出了支持以客户为中心管理模式的关键质量指标(KQI)提取方法,包括提取诸如可感受到的问题解决及时性等质量因素,为无线服务提供商提供了一种比只关注收集网络数据更好的解决方案,最后以实例演示了提取KQI的主要过程.

Abstract:The perception that customers have to a service is not solely based on traditional quantitative measures related to network performance, but include more operations related measures such as billing accuracy and problem resolution. The paper presents the extracting method of KQIs to support a customer centric approach. The KQIs include more qualitative factors, such as the perceived timeliness of problem resolution. This provides the Wireless Service Provider with an advantage over other methods that focused on collecting network data. Finally, the paper gives a use case of extracting KQIs in wireless network.
