偶联剂对木塑复合材料热稳定性的影响

摘    要:采用不同偶联剂,用挤出成型法制得了偶联剂含量为3.23%、竹粉含量为48%的2种木塑复合材料(竹粉-聚乙烯复合材料和竹粉-聚丙烯复合材料),并用热重分析法研究了不同偶联剂对木塑复合材料热稳定性的影响.结果表明,该实验制得的木塑复合材料热失重为双阶失重过程,第一阶段失重主要由竹粉热分解引起;第二阶段失重主要由塑料(PE或PP)分解引起.在制备木塑复合材料时加入MAPE、MAPP或硅烷作为偶联剂,对制得的木塑复合材料的热稳定性没有明显影响,而加入钛酸酯偶联剂使PP基木塑复合材料、HDPE基木塑复合材料的开始失重温度和最大失重速率温度均有所降低.

Abstract:With different coupling agents,the paper obtains high density polyethylene and polypropylene composites with bamboo-flour (48 wt%),coupling agents (3.23 wt%) by extrusion molding process,and studies the effect of coupling agents on the thermal stability of the composites by thermal gravimetric. The result showes that there are two weight loss processes for the composites. The first process of weight loss is attributed to thermal degradation of bamboo-flour and the second is caused by the decomposition of plastic (PE or PP). MAPE,MAPP or silane,used as coupling agents,has no significant influence on the thermal stability of the composites,while titanate coupling agent lowers the initial weight loss temperature and the maximum weight loss rate temperature of the composites.
