| Abstract: | This paper reported a new Congo red differential medium which can conveniently segregate cellulose decomposing microorganisms. The colonies of cellulose decomposing microorganisms, having secreted cellulase, are surrounded by some distinct red zones in the medium and can be easily distinguished. |
