摘    要:离体黄瓜子叶在仅加有双蒸水的培养皿中能高频率发生不定根,6d苗龄的子叶节不定根发生高峰在培养后4~6d.子叶的不同切割方式对不定根形成影响较大,子叶节最好,整片子叶其次,半子叶再次.5.0mg/LSpm对子叶节不定根形成有一定的促进作用,但没有达到显著水平;1.0mg/LSpm和10.0mg/LSpm对不定根形成起抑制作用.0.01mg/LNAA对不定根形成有显著的促进作用,0.1mg/LNAA不利于不定根形成.

Abstract:The adventitious roots could be frequently induced in excised cucumber cotyledons cultured with only some twice-distilled water,the peak value of adventitious root formation in excised cucumber cotyledonary nodes of 7 d seedlings appeared within 4~6 d after culture. Different cutting methods had a great effect on adventitious root formation in excised cucumber cotyledons. The best was the cotyledonary node. The second was the whole cotyledon and the worst was half the cotyledon. 5.0 mg/L Spm had some promotive effect on adventitious root formation in excised cucumber cotyledonary nodes,but it didn't reach the striking level. 1.0 mg/L Spm and 10.0 mg/L Spm had some restrainable effect on adventitious root formation in excised cucumber cotyledonary nodes. 0.01 mg/L NAA had striking promotive effect on adventitious root formation, 0.1 mg/L NAA was not good for adventitious root formation.
