| 摘 要： | 采用毛细管区带电泳法，在20℃温度下，选择含不同浓度高磺化-β环糊精（HS-β—CD）磷酸盐缓冲溶液（磷酸盐浓度50mmol／L，pH2．50），分别试验了HS-β-CD与伯胺、仲胺和叔胺三种胺类手性药物萘乙胺、盐酸异丙肾上腺素和扑尔敏的分离情况，采用双倒数法求解结合常数，结果表明HS-β—CD与叔胺类药物扑尔敏的结合常数最大，并对实验结果进行了讨论．

| Abstract: | With the method of capillary zone electrophoresis, the paper respectively tests sepration of highly sulfated-β- cyclodextrin（HS-β- CD） on three kinds of chiral amine drugs, under the conditions of phosphate buffer（50 mmol/L, pH2.50） with different concentrations of HS-β-CD, 20℃. With the method of double reciprocal the result shows that the binding constant of HS-β-CD and three kinds of drugs are different. |
