摘    要:采用毛细管区带电泳法,在20℃温度下,选择含不同浓度高磺化-β环糊精(HS-β—CD)磷酸盐缓冲溶液(磷酸盐浓度50mmol/L,pH2.50),分别试验了HS-β-CD与伯胺、仲胺和叔胺三种胺类手性药物萘乙胺、盐酸异丙肾上腺素和扑尔敏的分离情况,采用双倒数法求解结合常数,结果表明HS-β—CD与叔胺类药物扑尔敏的结合常数最大,并对实验结果进行了讨论.

Abstract:With the method of capillary zone electrophoresis, the paper respectively tests sepration of highly sulfated-β- cyclodextrin(HS-β- CD) on three kinds of chiral amine drugs, under the conditions of phosphate buffer(50 mmol/L, pH2.50) with different concentrations of HS-β-CD, 20℃. With the method of double reciprocal the result shows that the binding constant of HS-β-CD and three kinds of drugs are different.
