| 摘 要： | 加入 WTO后 ,为适应与贸易有关的知识产权协议 (TRIPS) ,为符合国际公平惯例 ,结合数字化图书馆文献资源的知识产权中的著作权保护问题 ,与现有的著作权法进行分析比较提出建议 ,希望能修改与TRIPS相冲突的法律、法规 .
