透明质酸与聚乙二醇单甲醚接枝物的制备和表征

摘    要:采用化学桥连法制备了透明质酸与聚乙二醇单甲醚的接枝共聚物(HA-g-MPEG),并对其进行了傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、氢核磁质谱(1HNMR)、碳核磁质谱(13CNMR)分析表征.结果表明:接枝共聚物中透明质酸红外光谱在1640cm-1处的谱带消失,而在1624cm-1处出现酰胺I带,说明连接透明质酸与MPEG反应生成了酰肼键;从DSC分析可知,聚乙二醇连接透明质酸后,链段运动受到限制,晶区结构的规整性下降,导致其熔点降低.1HNMR和13CNMR进一步证实了透明质酸与聚乙二醇的接枝共聚物的生成,并确定了各个峰的归属.

Abstract:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning caloremetry (DSC), (hydrogen) nuclear magnetic resonance (~1HNMR), and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance (~(13)CNMR) of graft copolymers of hyaluronic acid with monomethoxyl-polyethylene glycol (HA-g-MPEG) copolymer were (investigated) by using chemical bridging method. The result shows that HA-g-MPEG has amide I band in 1 624 cm~(-1) from FT-IR spectra. It is also illustrated in DSC measurement that the phase change enthalpy of MPEG in HA-g-MPEG decreases because freedom of segment is limited when the MPEG segments are fixed to the HA main chains. ~1HNMR and ~(13)CNMR spectra of HA-g-MPEG are assigned completely. The findings provide a (basis) for studying grafting reaction between HA and MPEG.
