膜法无泡供氧的气压优化

摘    要:膜法无泡供氧是一新兴高效好氧生物处理水体污染的供氧技术,气相操作压力是实现无泡供氧的关键因素.为了考察其在无泡供氧中发挥的重要作用,在对膜供氧的传质机理和传质方程进行探讨的基础上,考察了聚丙烯中空纤维膜在泡点压力下不同气相操作压力对供氧效果的影响,并结合所求得氧的体积传质系数分析不同气相操作压力对氧传质的影响.结果表明,在一定操作压力范围内,氧的体积传质系数随气相操作压力的提高而增大,供氧效果也增强.

Abstract:Bubbleless aeration using membrane is a new-developed technology of oxygen supply for aerobic bacteria in wastewater treatment, and the gas pressure has been proved a key factor for applying bubbleless aeration. In this study, the effect of different gas pressures below bubble point of the polypropylene hollow fiber membrane applied on oxygen supply was investigated. Based on the mechanism and equation of the mass transfer, the efficiency of different gas pressures on oxygen transfer was analyzed through calculating the volumetric mass transfer coefficient of oxygen. The results indicate that the values of the volumetric mass transfer coefficient of oxygen increase with the rise of gas pressure and the oxygen supply intensifies accordingly.
