摘    要:管桩用于抗拔作用的工程逐年增多,为提高抗拔管桩的应用水平,对抗拔管桩的桩身进行了抗拉结构性能试验和分析.结果表明:桩身抗拉为脆性破坏形态,混凝土不开裂时抗拉承载力最大,混凝土不受拉力时其值最小,混凝土有效预压应力和端板节点强度起决定作用.对抗拔管桩和填芯混凝土进行了现场原型试验和工程验证,15根抗拔桩的试验结果显示,填芯混凝土与管桩的黏结强度为填芯混凝土抗拉强度的17.1%,表明根据提出的抗拔管桩设计原则和强度控制节点,只要控制得当,管桩用作抗拔是可靠的受力结构体系.

Abstract:Engineering using the tube pile as the uplift pile increases year by year. In order to improve the application level of the uplift pile, tensile tests and analysis of this structure were carried out, which showed that the failure form of the uplift pile was brittle, that the maximum tensile capacity of the concrete occured when there was no crack in the concrete, and that the minimum tensile capacity occured when there was no tension in the concrete; effective compressive prestress concrete and the strength of the endplate played an important part. Prototype test and engineer- ing verification of the uplift pile and core concrete were carried out. The tensile tests of the 15 uplift piles shows that the bonding strength of the core concrete and pipe pile is 17.1% of the strength of filled concrete. If the design principle of the uplift pile and the mode of strength control are used properly, the uplift pile proves reliable as a mechanical structure system.
