摘    要:为对不同类型的海上油气生产设备进行检验和维修决策,引入可针对维修资源进行优化配置、以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)技术.该技术的一个重要特征就是采用故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)方法对故障模式做优先级的排序.在FMEA中,引入熵权理论计算客观权重,强化了指标对各故障模式的贡献程度,弱化了指标间的相似性,更好地体现出各指标的相对重要性,同时采用模糊数理论计算模糊风险排序数.最后针对主要的故障模式提出维修决策,优化了资源配置,从而实现海上油气生产装置设备的有效管理.

Abstract:For the decision-making concerning inspection and maintenance of different types of offshore oil and gas production facilities,reliability centered maintenance(RCM) technique,which can optimize the maintenance re-sources,was applied in this analysis.A typical RCM analysis is to obtain the precedence order of failure modes based on failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA) method.By introducing the entropy theory to calculate the objective weights,the FMEA increased the contribution of the factors to each failure mode,reduced the similarity of the fac-tors,and reflected the relative importance of each factor.In the mean time,the fuzzy risk ranking number was calcu-lated according to fuzzy number theory.Finally,maintenance policy was made due to the primary failure mode.As a result,the effective management for offshore oil and gas production facilities was accomplished as well.
