疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺的性能评价

摘    要:以胜利油田提供的疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺为主要研究对象,通过黏度法测定了其相对分子质量,利用元素分析、红外光谱等手段对聚合物的结构进行了表征,采用电导法测定了聚合物的溶解速率;同时,分别研究了疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺和普通均聚聚丙烯酰胺的热稳定性以及浓度、时间、温度、盐度等条件对聚合物黏度的影响.实验结果表明,该疏水缔合聚合物表现了明显的热稳定性以及耐温、耐盐等性能.

Abstract:Hydrophobic associating polyacrylamide provided by Shengli Petroleum Administration is mainly researched. The molecular weight was determined by intrinsic viscosity method. The structure of sample was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectrum (IR). The dissolution rate determined by conductivity meter, the viscosity in different conditions and the thermal stability of the hydrophobic associating polyacrylamide and HPAM were studied. The results show that the hydrophobic associating polymer had better performances than HPAM in thermal stability, temperature tolerance and salt-resistant properties.
