| Abstract: | Based on the adhesion mechanism between the MLC dielectric and its outer electrode,this paper studies the ehoice of appropriate materials and manufacturing process to make the outer electrode.With the guidance of this paper,the electronic performance and adhesion small size MLC outer electrode are actually appropriate to MLC/SMT. |
