间歇加力试验法在聚合物分子运动研究中的应用

摘    要:采用间歇加力试验法研究非晶聚合物材料PMMA的分子运动-温度关系。由间歇加力形变-温度曲线,确定子特征温度Tg和Tt,同时进行了定量计算,包括初始高弹模量Eo,高弹态下单位体积缠结网链数N1,缠结点间平均分子量Mc,玻璃态时线热膨胀系数βg及高弹态时线热膨胀系数β。

Abstract:The Interval load Method was adopted to study the relation between the molecular motion of amorphous PMMA and temperature .According to the temperature strain curve ,the characteristic temperatures of PMMA were obtained,and some other physical parameters were calculated,including the initial high elastic modulus,the number of entanglement chains in unit volume and the average molecular weight between entanglement points in high elastic state,and the linear thermal expansion coefficients above and below T g.
