摘    要:对纯工质及非菜沸混合工质在水平形光滑机加工多孔表面(MFPS)通道上的流动沸换热特性进行实验研究。结果表明:纯工质在光滑表面、混合工质在MFPS上均存在流动沸腾滞后现象;MFPS对两种工质流动沸腾换热均有强化效应,但与池沸腾相比,其强化效应有所减弱,故需从强化对流换热和防止沸腾滞后等方面加以改进。提出了纯工质和混合工质在水平光滑表面、MFPS环形通道中的流动沸腾换算计算式,计算值与实验值的最大偏差

Abstract:The characteristic of flow boiling heat transfer for R11, R113 and non-azeotropic mixture R11 / R113 are investigated experimentally on the horizontal smooth surface and mechanically fabricated porous surface (MFPS) annular passage in this paper. The results show that there are hysteresis phenomena either in puse media flow boiling on smooth sraface or in mixture flow boiling on MFPS, and the enhancement effect of MFPS for pure media or mixture flow boiling heat transfer both decreases. Otherwise, some other phenomena are revealed and analyzed. An idea to modify the enhancement technology is presented with enhancing the convection and avioding the hysteresis. A group of equations for calculating pure and mixture flow boiling heat transfer on the horizontal smooth surface and MFPS annular passage are proposed. The maximum deviations between the calculated values and the experimental data are from 15.8% to 21%.
