基于磁流变阻尼器的汽车悬架半主动控制

摘    要:为研究磁流变阻尼器在汽车振动控制中的应用可行性,对Bouc-Wen磁流变阻尼器模型进行了数值计算分析,揭示了14个参数对模型阻尼力的影响.运用随机理论对Bouc-Wen模型及基于该模型的汽车悬架进行了模拟仿真分析,与传统线性阻尼器进行对比,采用非线性阻尼器模型能更精确描述汽车悬架的物理特性,通过对比半主动可调磁流变阻尼控制与被动控制、主动控制和半主动on-off控制在正弦激励和随机激励下的各种动态特性,证明了磁流变阻尼器在汽车控制工程中的可行性,说明磁流变阻尼器有较好的应用价值.

Abstract:In order to investigate the feasibility of magnetorheological(MR)damper application to vehicle vi- bration control,the influence of 14 parameters of Bouc-Wen model on damping force was revealed by numerical computation and analysis.The vehicle suspension model was analyzed and simulated based on Bouc-Wen model by stochastic theory.It is indicated that the nonlinear damping model is more accurate to describe the physical characteristics of the vehicle suspension than the traditional linear damper.Better control strategy is necessary to improve auto-motive ride comfort.The dynamic characteristics of suspension under sinusoidal excitation and ran- dom excitation by semi-active adjustable magnetorheological damper control,passive control,active control and semi-active on-off control are compared.The feasibility of magnetorheological damper in automobile control engi- neering is proved,and its great application value is demonstrated.
