摘    要:针对水电工程地下洞室群的施工特性,采用循环网络仿真与网络计划分析技术,提出了基于实时仿真的地下洞室群施工进度预测与控制方法.该方法能够充分反映实际施工工艺、资源配置等施工条件的动态变化;根据当前施工现状,可以在施工任意时刻分析预测施工工序持续时间与工程后期施工进度;通过调整施工参数,制订更切实际的动态进度计划,达到施工进度实时控制的目的.实际应用结果表明,该方法可以对施工过程中不同的进度调整措施进行有效性评价,为选择合理的进度控制措施提供有力的决策支持,从而增强进度控制的主动性.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of underground structure group construction in hydraulic power project,a method for schedule forecasting and control based on real-time simulation was presented with cycle ope-ration network simulation and network analysis techniques.The method could reflect the dynamic changes of construction operation procedure,resource allocation and so on,which could be used to forecast work duration and analyze schedule deviation by simulating the construction process according to current conditions at any time during the construction.By updating construction parameters,a feasible dynamic progress was drawn and the real-time schedule control could be realized.Moreover,the effectiveness of different schedule adjustment mea-surements could be evaluated with the method.A practical application shows that the method provides a powerful decision-making system for choosing rational schedule control measurements and builds up the subjective initiative of schedule control.
