基于工程项目管理理论的ERP项目实施目标评价

针对制造企业缺乏有效的项目管理导致项目失败的问题,提出了以ERP项目管理理论为基础,从项目目标实现程度角度评价ERP项目的实施效果的观点．根据定性与定量指标相结合的原则,构建了ERP项目目标评价体系,采用模糊综合评价方法建立模糊评价矩阵对实施效果进行评价,评价结果有助于企业在项目实施过程中采用有效的项目管理方法以实现既定目标．

Performance Evaluation of ERP Implementation Based on the Project Management Theory

To deal with the lack of effective project management in corporation,this paper puts forward new e- valuation concept,based on enterprise resource planning(ERP)project management theory,which is to evalu- ate the performance of ERP project by checking the achievement of project object.According to the combination of qualitative and quantitative indexes,it constructs evaluation system on project object as a model to evaluate the ERP implementation performance.Applying the fuzzy synthesis theory,the fuzzy evaluation matrix is estab- lished.The result proves valid to help the corporations achieve the project object in the process of implementa- tion.
