招标工程评价方法及应用研究

摘    要:工程评标是招标评标过程中最重要的环节,针对现行评标过程中存在的不足,建立了科学的评标指标体系;基于群决策层次分析法,引入业主偏好及模糊数理理论,提出了更加完善、合理的评标方法,并用计算机进行了系统设计,经实例验证,新建立的评标方法,借助于已开发的计算机软件运行,较目前使用的评标方法理科学、公正、快捷。

Abstract:Construction project bidding evaluation is an important step in the process of construction project bidding.Having noticed the defects of the present bidding evaluation,the autors of this paper has set up a more scientific criteria system and developed an improved GAHP based method on the basis of introducing the theory of project owner preference and fuzzy mathematics.Furthermore,through computer calculations by using existing software on some projects,the authors conclude that the method introduced in this paper is more scientific,rapid and accurate in the bidding evaluation.
