导向管喷动流化床固体颗粒的循环量

摘    要:在内径为182mm的导向管喷动流化床中,用平均粒径为2.2mm的尿素为物料,对喷动流化床固体颗粒循环量进行了研究,考察了对导流管安装高度、喷动口直径和物料床层高度的变化对固体颗粒循环量的影响.实验中发现了当喷动流化床环形区处于移动床状态时,导向管安装高度越高、喷动口直径越大、物料静止床层高度越高,固体颗粒循环量也越大;当环形区处于流化床状态时,喷动口直径和导向管安装高度对固体颗粒循环量影响不大,而物料静止床层高度越高,固体颗粒循环量越大.结果表明,在环形区处于移动床和流化床两种状态下,导向管安装高度和喷动口直径对固体颗粒循环量的影响是不同的.

Abstract:A 182 mm diameter cylindrical spout-fluid bed with a draft tube and urea particles was used to study solids circulation of spout-fluid bed. The mean diameter of urea particles is 2.2 mm. The effects of the diameter of spout nozzle, the height of draft tube above distributor plate and the bed height on solids circulation were investigated. The results of experiment showed that the solids circulation of spout-fluid bed increases with the increment of the spout nozzle, the height of draft tube above distributor plate and the bed height when the annulus region was under move bed condition. When the annulus region of spout-fluid bed was under fluid bed condition, the spout nozzle and the height of draft tube above distributor plate have no obvious influence on the solids circulation, and solids circulation will still increase with the increase of the bed height. As a result, under two annulus region conditions of move bed and fluid bed, the effects of the spout nozzle and the height of draft tube above distributor plate on solids circulation are different.
