摘    要:分析了目前住宅热水供应现状及存在的问题,从合理利用能源的角度,提出热水供应系统应像供暖系统一样成为住宅建设的一项基础设施的理念.设计出一种主要以集中供热系统热水为热媒、以每户为单位的可以同时实现供暖和供应热水的新型供热系统型式,系统在每户内设置供热装置,户内供暖和热水供应系统通过供热装置与热网连接.供热装置中的主要装置为户内小型换热器,必须具有加热迅速、换热效率高、自动除垢、结构紧凑、构造简单、能同时向户内供暖和热水供应系统供应热水的功能和特点.户内小型换热器设计为浮动螺旋盘管半即热型式,并以沈阳地区建筑面积为100m^2户型为例,进行了主要结构参数的选择和计算.结果表明,换热器换热面积0.229m^2,筒体直径0.2m,高度0.148m,其结构尺寸和热工参数适用于户内共用系统.

Abstract:The present conditions and problems of the hot water supply system in residence were analyzed. In terms of reasonable energy-using strategy, the notion that the hot water supply system should become, like heating system, one of the many infrastructures in life, was put forward. A new type of heating system was designed, which used the hot water of heating system as its hot medimn and could supply heat and hot water simultaneously to each family. This system sets heating device in each family, and this inside heating and hot water supply system is connected with civil heating network by the heating device. Inside of the heating device is a small-sized heat exchanger, which must have such characteristics as high heat-exchanging efficiency, compact structure, and simple make-up and can heat rapidly, remove dirt automatically, and supply heat and hot water simultaneously. This inside small heat exchanger is designed into a float and spiral coil heating model. Taken construction area of 100 m^2 in Shenyang as an example, the design of this device regarding its size and its calculation was made. The main parameters should be set at heat-exhanging area being 0.229 m^2, the diameter of heat exchanger tube 0.2 m, and its hight 0. 148 m. And all these designs prove adaptable to the family inside application.
