黄河调水调沙实践

摘    要:黄河水少沙多,水沙不协调.通过水库联合调度、泥沙扰动和引水控制等手段塑造协调的水沙关系,有利于下游河道减淤甚至冲刷.开展全程原型观测和分析研究,检验调水调沙调控指标的合理性,进一步优化水库调控指标,探索调水调沙生产运用模式,为黄河下游防洪减淤和小浪底水库运行方式提供重要参数和依据.2002-2007年,黄河水利委员会进行了3次黄河调水调沙原型试验和4次调水调沙生产运行,效果显著,成果丰富,取得了巨大社会效益和经济效益.

Abstract:Water and sediment are inconsistent in the Yellow River for less water and more sediment. Harmony between water and sediment, obtained by united operation of reservoirs, artificial intervention of sediment and water diversion control, is beneficial to sedimentation control of the lower Yellow River. The targets of water and sediment regulation can be examined and optimized by prototype observation tests which are able to provide significant data and references for sedimentation control of the lower Yellow River and operation of Xiaolangdi reservoir. From 2002 to 2007, three tests and four operation schedules for water and sediment regulation were conducted by the Yellow River conservancy commission, and huge social and economic benefits were obtained.
