电流模式有源滤波器电路的冗余元件设计法

给出了一种电流模式基本二阶节有源滤波器的冗余元件设计方法，通过加入冗余的零泛器，可以从电压模式基本二阶节有源滤波器电路导出与其相对应的电流模式二 节有源滤波器电路，设计出的电路采用第二代负单位增益电流传输器（ＣＣＩＩ－）来实现，此电路与原电压模式电路相比具有相同的符号传输函数，且电路中的无源元件与原电压模式电路中的无源元件数值相同，最后，文中给出一个设计实例来说明设计过程。

CURRENT MODE ACTIVE FILTER DESIGN USING REDUNDANT NULLORS

In this paper,a method of designing the second order current mode filters is presented.By adding redundant nullors,the second order current mode filter circuit using negative second generation current conveyor (CCII ) can be obtained from its voltage mode counterpart.The symbolic transfer function of the resulting circuit as well as the passive elements are the same as that of its voltage mode counterpart.Therefore the sensitivities of the transfer function with respect to the components are the same as those of the voltage mode circuit.At last,an example is given.
