应变硬化模量确切意义与实验测法及其应用算例

摘    要:对某此大型非线性有限元软件关于应变硬化模量的不确定切定义进行了探讨,首次给出由单向拉伸实验确定应变硬化模量的理论依据,实验测量方法及一组相应的实验数据,采用上述实验数据,以一种散热元件的弹塑性大变形过程为例进行了有限元计算,并与实验结果进行了比较。

Abstract:This paper describes the nonprecise meaning of the Strain Hardening Modulus given by some large finite element softwares.According to the uniaxial tensile test the paper for the first time gives the theoritical basis for the experimental determination of the Strain Hardening Modulus and the measuring method.Basing on the obtained data,we completed the calculations of the elastic plastic forming processes of a thin sheet radiator component by the finite element method and compared the results with the data obtained by measuring the radiator.
