玻璃在反应制备Al—Al2O3复合材料中的作用研究

摘    要:本文采用Al/莫来石(3Al2O3·2SiO2)反应法制备Al/Al2O3复合材料,讨论了Al与莫来石反应的条件,提出加入玻璃可在低温下改善Al/莫来石间接触结合.通过XRD分析和SEM观察,考察了有玻璃存在下Al与莫与石的反应特点及制备过程对显微结构的影响.

Abstract:A method characterized by Al reaction with mullite was used to synthesize Al/Al 2O 3 composites.The conditions of both thermodynamics and surface physical chemistry of the reaction were investigated.In order to promote the reaction at lower temperatures,a better joint between Al and mullite was obtained by adding a low temperature glass.The reaction process of Al/mullite in the presence of the glass was analyzed and the changes of microstructure with the reaction temperatures were discussed.
