不平衡-碰摩-不对中故障耦合作用下柔性转子-滚动轴承系统动力学分析与实验

摘    要:研究柔性转子.滚动轴承系统在不平衡一碰摩.不对中故障耦合作用下的动力学响应.基于有限元与数值计算联合仿真方法,建立转子.滚动轴承系统的耦合故障柔性多体系统动力学控制模型.运用模态综合法建立柔性多体系统动力学模型,并自行编程建立非线性轴承力、碰摩力与不对中激振力模型.分析对比了系统在各种故障耦合作用下的振动特征图.结果表明,不对中故障对转子系统的整体振动影响较明显,不对中故障较严重时,整个系统振动形式更加复杂,并且仿真分析结果与实验结果能够较好的吻合,因此该方法可有效研究转子一轴承系统的不平衡一碰摩一不对中耦合故障特征.

Abstract:Dynamic responses of flexible rotor-ball-bearing system under unbalance-rubbing-misalignment coupling faults are studied. Coupling faults dynamic control model of flexi-multi-system of rotor-ball-bearing system is estab- lished based on co-simulation method of the finite element analysis and the numerical simulation. Then nonlinear bear- ing force, rub-impact force and misalignment exciting force models are programmed in Matlab. Analysis and com- pare vibration characteristics of system while under various faults. The final result demonstrates that under coupling faults, the influence of misalignment faults on the whole vibration of system is more obvious, and with misalign- ment faults more serious, characteristics of the whole vibration of system is more complex, and the analysis result of simulation is identical with experiment result, consequently this method can be used to study characteristics of unbal- ance-rubbing-misalignment coupling faults of rotor-bearing system efficiently.
