摘    要:为解决微细粉末状沸石产品应用中与所处理溶液难以分离的问题,采用传统水热法,在合成4A沸石的原料液晶化过程中加入磁性微粒Fe3O4,通过95℃下静态晶化6h,合成了含有Fe3O4的磁性4A沸石,并对其进行了XRD、SEM、IR、TG、XPS、磁化率及吸附性能等表征测试。结果表明:磁性4A沸石具有良好的热稳定性和磁稳定性,其磁化率随所包含Fe3O4量的增加而增大;与纯4A沸石相比,磁性4A沸石对钙、镁、铅金属离子及有机物氯乙酸交换吸附性能虽有小幅下降,但是仍有较高的吸附值;由于磁性4A沸石可以方便地用磁铁吸附分离,所以其粉末状产品不用成型就可以直接在溶剂或溶液中使用。

Abstract:To solve the problem of seperating powder 4A zeolite from solution containing 4A zeolite, magnetic 4A zeolite containing Fe3O4 was synthesized through static crystallization for 6 h at 95℃ after adding magnetic particulate Fe3O4 to the crystallization solution of 4A zeolite synthesized by a traditional hydrothermal method. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , infrared spectrum analysis (IR) , magnetic susceptibility, thermogravimetric analysis (TG) , X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and ion exchange capability. The test results show that the magnetic 4A zeolite has good magnetic and thermal stability, and its magnetic susceptibility increases as the amount of Fe3O4 in 4A zeolite increases; comparing with the pure 4A zeolite, the adsorption capability of Ca^2+, Mg^2+, Pb^2+ and chloroacetic acid on the synthesis magnetic 4A zeolite decreases slightly, but it is still high;because the magnetic zeolite can be easily separated by magnet, its powder products can be directly used in solvent or solution without molding.
