基于DSP的超声冲击电源控制系统设计

摘    要:为解决现有超声冲击模拟电源频率跟踪性能差、恒幅调节步长不可控的缺陷,以TI公司生产的TMS320LF2407A型数字信号处理器(DSP)芯片为控制核心,研制了一套数字化超声冲击电源控制系统.实验证明该设计可以实现精确的频率跟踪、恒幅控制并完成液晶显示,使整个冲击过程维持在良好的谐振状态,从而得到均匀一致的理想冲击表面.

Abstract:The analog power supply of ultrasonic peening machine has the shortages of inaccurate frequency tracking and uncontrollable constant amplitude regulation,which make the system unstable,sometimes even failed.In order to solve the problem,a design of digital ultrasonic peening power supply whose control system is based on digital signal processor(DSP),TMS320LF2407A produced by TI,was presented.Tests indicate that the design can accomplish perfect frequency tracking,constant amplitude regulation and liquid crystal display(LCD),which makes the system run in resonance condition during the whole peening process,and uniform peening surface can be obtained.
