三相流闭式重力热管传热性能

摘    要:为了拓展三相流强化传热和防、除垢技术的应用领域,优化重力热管的传热性能,设计并构建了一套三相流闭式重力热管系统.考察了固含率、加热功率、充液率和颗粒种类等参数对于三相流重力热管传热性能的影响.结果表明,三相流重力热管可以强化传热,但其传热效果随着固含率的增加会出现波动;热管蒸发段对流传热系数随着加热功率的增加而增大,随着充液率的增加而减小;颗粒的种类对三相流重力热管的传热性能影响较大,在所采用的3种颗粒中,树脂颗粒的强化传热效果较好,与两相流重力热管相比,蒸发段对流传热系数可提高2.8%~28.3%.

Abstract:To expand the application fields of three-phase flow heat transfer enhancing and fouling preventing technology, a three-phase flow closed gravity heat pipe was built to research heat transfer performance. The effects of solid holdup, heating power, filling ratio and particle types on heat transfer performance were investigated. The results show that the three-phase flow closed gravity heat pipe can enhance heat transfer, but heat transfer effect fluctuates as solid holdup increases; convection heat transfer coefficient in evaporation section increases with the increase of heating power but decreases with the increase of filling ratio. Particle types have great influence on the heat transfer of heat pipe. For the three types of particles used in the research, the heat transfer enhancing effect of resin is improved, and the convection heat transfer coefficient in evaporation section is enhanced by 2.8% to 28.3% compared with that of two-phase flow gravity heat pipe.
