摘    要:老年性痴呆症是一种后天获得性中枢神经系统退行性疾病,严重地危害着人们的身体健康和生活质量,为了探索老年性痴呆症脑电图中隐含的信息,对老年性痴呆症患者和健康对照者的脑电图(EEG)近似熵进行分析,并绘制其脑电脑电信息图,对照健康人,发现患者EEG近似熵普遍下降,尤以右额叶,颞叶区显著,提示EEG近似熵与大脑功能状况有一定联系,在一定程度上可以反映大脑功能状态。

Abstract:The alzheimer disease(AD) is increasingly threatening the aged people and there is yet no scientific methods to early diagnose and cure it. As EEG is the electrical potential of the scalp, it is a prospective way of analyzing the brain function and activity.We have calculated the EEG Approximate Entropy of AD patients, contrasting it to that of healthy persons, and graphed it into BIM to illustrate the difference between patients and the control , and between different parts of the patient's brain. As a conclusion, EEG approximate entrory of the patient is consistently lower than that of the control, especially in the forehead area. In the BIM, we also can find out that EEG approximate entropy of the verge parts is much smaller contrasted to the inner parts. This would suggest that approximate entropy may be an effective parameter of the AD disease.
