大规模模拟电路子网络级故障诊断的改进节点撕裂法

摘    要:提出了一改进的节点撕裂法,对满足子网络可解条件的各类可能撕裂情况,提出了相应的自检验判断条件和共检验判断条件,给出了故障诊断的基本步骤及其示例,该方法的为大规模模拟电路子网络级的故障诊断提供了一种更为有效的故障定位方法。

Abstract:This paper presents a modified nodal decomposition approach for faulty subnetwork location in large analog circuits. The suitable self testing conditions and mutual testing conditions are developed for all kinds of decomposition cases in which subnetworks satisfied solvability conditions. The procedure for locating faulty subnetworks and the example are given. The approach provides an even more efficient method for locating faulty subnetworks in large analog circuits.
