摘    要:研制出汽车散热器的一种新型试验方法,它不仅满足而且优于BJ2293-78的要求,试验装置风洞的试验段为开口自由射流,其核心区的流场是均匀的,免去了JB2293-78中所采用了风筒安装汽车散热器的麻烦,在风洞的风速调节和水循环系统流量和水量温采用了计算机控制,不仅节省了测试时间,而且大大地提高了测试精度,为确保测试的顺利进行,本检测系统还备有手动操作程序。

Abstract:A new test method for automobile radiators has been developed. Its efficiency can reach,even exceed that of the standard of JB2293 78.The open free jet flowing with a uniform flow field in core area was tested in a wind tunnel tester.The new test went on more more conveniently when it was compared with the test of automobile radiators in a wind cylinder as required by JB2293 78. As the wind speed in the wind tunnel and the flux and temperature of water in the circulation system are contralled by a computer,the test time can be reduced and the precision can be markedly increased.A manual contral system is prepared for the tester to smoothly carry out the test.
