上流式生物滤池中CANON工艺的恢复启动方法

摘    要:为研究恢复启动全程自养脱氮(CANON)工艺的方法,在原CANON工艺反应器上流式生物滤池中进行小试试验未对反应器内污泥进行任何处理的条件下,以自配的含NH4+.N和N02--N的培养基质为入水,采取经由厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)反应的方式,对停止运行约1年的原CANON工艺进行恢复启动.调整水力停留时间(HRT)和培养基质中NH4+N、N02--N质量浓度,启动ANAMMOX反应;然后,调整培养基质中N02--N质量浓度和溶解氧(DO),成功启动了CANON反应器,整个过程共耗时67d.CANON工艺恢复启动完成后,当HRT为4.25h时去除效果较好,此时NH4+-N的容积负荷为160mg/(L·d),NH4+-N的去除率为90%左右,总氮(TN)去除率约为70%,TN去除量与N03--N生成量的比值介于1:0.13与1:0.32之间.

Abstract:In an up-flow biofilter reactor, the re-start-up of completely autotrophic ammonium removal over ni- trite (CANON) process halted for about one year was investigated in a lab-scale experiment. In this study, the sludge in the reactor was not treated and the reactor was only fed with artificial culture medium composed of NH4+-N and NO2--N. The CANON process was started-up via the anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX)process. By ad- justing the hydraulic retention time (HRT)and the mass concentration of NH4+-N and NO2--N in culture medium, ANAMMOX process was first built up. After that, CANON process was started-up by adjusting the mass concentra- tion of NOE--N and the dissolved oxygen (DO) in the influent. The re-start-up of CANON process was successfully achieved in 67 d. After the start-up of the reactor, better performance was achieved when the HRT was 4.25 h and the nitrogen loading rate reached up to 160 mg/(L · d). Meanwhile, the removal rates of NH4 +-N and TN were about 90% and 70%, respectively. The ratio of TN loss to increased NO3 -N was between 1 : 0.13 and 1 : 0.32.
