湍流数值模拟用于洁净隧道污染控制的研究(Ⅰ)——层流罩下工作台位置与污染边界曲线的关系

摘    要:在直接求解N-S方程进行湍流数值计算的基础上,采用数值计算与实验测量相结合的方法,对单侧布置层流罩的侧回风洁净隧道内,层流罩下工作台摆放位置与污染边界曲线的关系进行了研究.研究结果表明:采用等涡线图可以非常直观地定性分析射流边界层的发展情况,进而对污染边界的发展进行预测;工作台的适当外移,有助于扩大层流罩下的洁净空间.

Abstract:Based on direct numerical simulation(DNS),this paper,by combining numerical calculation and experimental measurement,makes a detailed study on the relationship between the arrangements of working bentch and the polluted boundaries under one-side layout laminar hood in clean tunnel.It is shown that using vorticity contour diagram is an effective way to make a visual analysis of the development of jet boundary layer as well as to forecast the development of the polluted boundary.The clean space under the laminar hood is extend- ed while working bench move outward properly.
