| 摘 要： | 提出一种求解多资源平衡问题的改进算法，该方法以作业控制加权资时为依据对作业排序，并以单资源情况所需资源的最小数量为出发点，采用迭代方法解出多资源情况下所需资源的最小数量，迭代次数较少，可获得较优结果。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward an improved approach to solving the problem of multiple resources balancing. This approach ranks the activities according to the activity control weighting resource time (ACWRT) and starts with the minimum number of resource units required tomeet the project tide in case of single resource, and uses heuristic method to determine the minimum number required for multiple resources. By using this approach, the iterative time will be decreased and better solutions will be achieved. |
