摘    要:首次提出采用袋滤技术降低柴油机微粒排放的方法,选择了滤料、清灰方式及滤袋结构,可行性试验表明,袋滤器在不同工况下,均可命名柴油机排气的烟度降至0.2BSU以下;稳定工况下,袋滤器压降与时间有较好的线性关系;滤袋变形清灰方式的清灰效果较好。

Abstract:A new techniqued-fabric filtration of diesel particulates is introduced for the.first time at home and abroad.Appropriate fabric, cleaning method and bag structure used in diesel particulate bag filters are chosen in the light of features of diesel engine operation.A singlebag filter was tested on a diesel engine dynamometer bench to investigate the feasibility of fabric filtration for diesel particulate collection.The results show that,the filter can reduce the amount of diesel exhaust smoke to less than 0.2 BSU under various conditions, the pressure drop of the filter has good linear relationship with operation time under steady engine conditions, and the adopted bag deformation cleaning is both effective and reliable for diesel particulate bag filter cleaning.
