对置式液压自由活塞发动机活塞液力控制策略

摘    要:利用Matlab/Simulink软件耦合Amesim软件建立了对置式液压自由活塞发动机(OPHFPE)联合仿真模型.针对OPHFPE在工作过程中的不稳定性,提出了基于活塞位移、速度以及高压油压力的PI反馈控制与预测发动机运转状态的前馈控制相结合的活塞液力控制策略.仿真研究表明:在活塞液力控制策略的调节下,OPHFPE系统可以连续稳定运行,具有良好的鲁棒性.

Abstract:A united simulation model of the opposed-piston hydraulic free piston engine (OPHFPE) was established with Amesim and Matlab/Simulink softwares. Combining the PI feedback control based on oil pressure,piston dis-placement and velocity with feedforward control that predicts the engine′s working state,a piston hydraulics control strategy was proposed to realize the OPHFPE working stability. Simulation results show that the strategy can guaran-tee steady and continuous working cycles and good robustness of the OPHFPE.
