摘    要:舒适性是大型客机的关键要求之一,座舱气流组织分配设计是否合理对乘员舒适性和健康性有直接影响.但是座舱传统的混合送风方式很难达到人们对舒适和健康的要求.为此,提出了一种新型的个性座椅送风方式,主要针对乘客对热舒适性和健康性的要求.个性座椅送风方式在乘客座椅的扶手处和座椅底部分别布置了风口.采用的座舱几何模型为3排单通道满员模型,计算方法采用目前广泛应用的计算流体动力学(CFD)数值仿真模拟方法,计算模型为RNG k-ε湍流模型.通过数值模拟方法得到两种送风方式下的速度场和温度场,进而得到多个舒适度指标.研究表明,个性送风方式可以提高乘客呼吸区域的空气质量,降低乘客周围的风速,使人体周围温度控制在24~26,℃的人体舒适区域,多项舒适度指标也表明个性送风气流组织的舒适性要优于混合送风.

Abstract:Comfort is one of the important demands of commercial aircraft. The design of air distribution system in commercial aircraft cabins is important for providing a comfortable and healthy environment for passengers. But the traditional mixing air distribution system is difficult to satisfy the requirements of comfort and health from passengers. In order to improve the environment for aircraft, this paper proposed a new personalized air distribution system. The novel personalized air supply system has air inlets on seat-armrests and regions near the feet. This study used a fully occupied, single-aisle and three-row aircraft cabin model. A widely used computational fluid dynamics (CFD) pro- gram, with a RNG k-c turbulence model has been used to calculate air velocity, air temperature and thermal comfort indices under two air distribution systems. It is concluded that the novel personalized air distribution system can im- prove air quality of breathing zone, reduce air velocity and control air temperature between 24 ~C and 26 ~C at pas- senger occupied zones. Thermal comfort indices of novel personalized air distribution system is better than those of mixing air distribution system.
