摘    要:以无机盐硫酸铜为原料,亚硫酸钠做还原剂,硫氰酸钠为沉淀剂,首次直接利用无机分散剂六偏磷酸钠制备出了纳米CuSCN颗粒.讨论了影响产物粒径的因素,包括分散剂的用量、反应物的浓度和pH值,其最佳工作条件为:分散剂质量分数为0.03%-0.06%,反应物浓度为0.3mol/L,pH=8-10.用透射电镜、扫描电镜、红外光谱和X射线衍射对产物进行了表征.结果表明,产物符合要求,粒径大约80nm。

Abstract:Cuprous thiocyanate nanoparticles were prepared straight by inorganic dispersant,in which CHSO4 is f reactant, Na2SO3 is reducing agent, and NaSCN is precipitating agent. The factors that influence the size of particles such as quantities of dispersant,the concentration of reactants and pH value were investigated. The best conditions are that the weight percent of dispersant is 0. 03 %-0. 06%, the concentration of reactants is 0.3 mol/L and the pH value is 8-10. TEM, SEM, IR and XRD were used to characterize the particles. The results show that the particles are fine and the size of the particles is 80 nm.
