高精度磨削加工用声发射对刀仪的研制

摘    要:将声发射(AE)技术应用于砂轮与工件对刀状态的检测上,分析了声发射信号检测砂轮与工件的接触状态的机理,在实验的基础上研究了砂轮与工件不同接触状态时AE信号的幅度变化状况,并利用FFT频谱仪对磨削加工中所获得的AE信号的频谱进行了分析。实验表明:AE法可以检测出0.5μm以下的对刀精度,测得砂轮与工件初始接触时所获得的AE信号的频谱范围主要分布在150 ̄300kHz之间。

Abstract:In this paper, the Acoustic Emission(AE) technique is applied to the detection of the contacting state of the grinding wheel and the workpiece. The basic theory of using the AE signal to monitoring the contacting state of the grinding wheel and the workpiece is analyzed. Anexperimental system is set up. On the basis of experiments, the changing characteristics of th. AE signals at states of the griding wheel to the workpiece have been studied. The spectrum of the AE signal obtained from the FFT spectrum analyzer in the grinding process is analyzed. Experiments show that the AE method can give a detecting accuracy below 0. 5 m. According to the experiment result,a high accuracy aligning instrument is developed, and this instrument is practical in production.
