摘    要:为了弄清盾构隧道施工对邻近建筑物的影响,分析了盾构法地铁隧道穿越建筑物时建筑物自身沉降与内力变化状况.以某框架结构办公楼为研究对象,将建筑物和开洞地基看作一个有机整体,利用有限元软件ANSYS10.0建立三维非线性有限元模型,按照结构-土体-隧道共同作用进行了计算分析.分析结果表明,建筑物基础的沉降主要发生在地铁隧道穿越建筑物的区间段内.建筑物的横向倾斜随着盾构的掘进逐渐增大,而其纵向倾斜量最大值则出现在开挖面在建筑物中线附近时;在盾构穿越建筑物的过程中柱子的等效应力增幅可达20.1%;相对于弯矩而言,建筑物构件的扭矩变化更为显著;当开挖面越过建筑物20m时其变形和内力均趋于稳定.

Abstract:In order to figure out the influence of shield tunnel construction on neighboring building, the differential settlement and variation of internal force of the building due to the passage of a shield tunnel were investigated. Taking a frame structure office building for example, a 3D nonlinear constitutive model, regarding the building and its foundation with cavern as a whole and taking into account the tunnel-soil-structure interaction, was put forward by means of general finite element program ANSYS 10.0. The results indicate that major settlement of the foundation of the building occurred in the zone where the shield tunnel passes through the building; its transverse obliquity increased along with the shield advancing, while its longitudinal obliquity reaches the maximum when the excavation face was close to the centerline of the building; during the passing course the equivalent stress of columns could rise by 20.1% at most;the torque of structural components changed more obviously than their bending moment; its deformation and internal force tended to be constant when the excavation face overpassed the building for 20 m.
